FullShop™ monitors and replenishes CNC machine sumps with optimized top-off ratios before the coolant runs low. It also controls sump levels and coolant concentrations on a per-machine basis, thanks to its advanced controls.

This compact, modular and turnkey system consists of a centralized pumping and control station with remotely mounted distribution manifolds and small level sensors that drop into any machine tool sump. Our flagship FS120 model automates shops with 15 to 120 CNC machines, while our smaller FS40 model automates shops with up to 40 CNC machines.
